This is an absolute favorite among the expats, locals and people in the know of Vallarta. If you enjoy European sidewalk cafés and fine continental cuisine, try the Kaiser Maximillian, an award-winning eatery evoking Old Vienna in its heyday. The Trio Restaurante, a warm, inexpensive gourmet restaurant offers international cuisine served by friendly waiters. A rooftop bar provides appetizers, drinks and stargazing.
