  • When it comes to fun restaurants, Puerto Vallarta is chock full of choices. There's no better place to let your hair down, so sit back and chill out at Burros Bar overlooking Los Muertos beach. The bar has some of the best fresh fruit margaritas and pina coladas in town. And, of course, it also has plenty of cold beer. It is one of the best places to watch the sunset and catch a cool buzz.
    Set back from the main restaurants and art galleries, you will find the lovely Red Cabbage Cafe. This is an absolute favorite among the expats, locals and people in the know of Vallarta. The decor is a brightly colored homage to artist Frida Kahlo and her husband Diego Rivera.
    Our second choice for a fun favorite is Ztai, where you'll discover 3 completely different concepts combining a stylish international restaurant, a restful Zen-like garden and a lively lounge all in one. Another can't-miss spot is Nacho Daddy, where the music is hot and beer is cold. Puerto Vallarta is a great place to hang out, so kick back and enjoy the scene.
