    • The Hotel Abbey is the largest property in Puerto Vallarta catering to the gay community, but everyone is welcome. Located in the Romantic Zone, it's in the heart of the district, close to many of the popular gay clubs and beaches. Only one block from Playa Los Muertos, Hotel Abbey has a dedicated beach section with chairs and umbrellas for its guests. Most of the rooms also have a view of the lovely bay.

      The Abbey has many loyal guests who return year after year, not just for the accommodations and location, but for the personal service. The rooms are not luxurious and can be a little worn, but for the price and location, you can't beat it. Some of the suites come with kitchenettes and most sleep up to four people. Many popular restaurants are nearby and the hotel staff can help you select tours or other activities based on your tastes.

    • Great location for the not-so-picky gay traveler. A few blocks from the Gay Beach and a few steps from good resturants and bars. VERY primitive accomodations but thats OK as long as...

      Be careful what you book.

    • BEWARE this hotel! While the accomodations were adequate, and the location was excellent... the management staff was rigid and unaccomodating. A misunderstanding on the type of room...
