This all-inclusive property is part of the Crown Paradise properties in the northern Hotel Zone of Puerto Vallarta, close to the airport. It's adults-only but the properties next door cater to families with children, so you may get some residual noise. The rooms have ocean views and the pool area can be loud during the day, especially when large groups have taken over the hotel. It's popular with companies providing vacations for their employees.

Like most all-inclusive resorts, the alcohol is a bit watered down but the restaurants here are actually quite good. The staff is very friendly and will take the time to get to know your name, greeting you when they see you. The service in the restaurants, especially the nicer two (which require reservations), is great.

The beds are very firm here but you can ask for pads at the front desk if you need a little more bounce in the mattress. There is a disco for guests across the street where the entrance and drinks are free with your bracelet. It doesn't pick up until very late (around midnight or later).
