- Hotel Eloisa is a low- to mid-range priced hotel in the heart of the Romantic Zone, just a block from the water. The rooms can be somewhat spartan and the amenities few, but if you won't be spending much time in your room, then perhaps the deep savings are worth it. You should be sure to look at your room before fully checking in so that you can request another if it doesn't meet your needs. There are several room types and if it's in your budget, go ahead and get a suite. It will be more comfortable.
There are two pools and the rooftop offers spectacular views of the bay and mountains. There is plenty to do and see nearby, with restaurants, art galleries and shops. The hotel sits in a plaza where you can often find Mexican handicrafts or street fairs. - © NileGuide2012
