Options include grilled beef, lamb, chicken, pork ribs and sausage, all cooked on a grill over mesquite wood (which adds to the flavor). Mariachi music is always playing, which makes for a very lively atmosphere. This restaurant is a good example of old traditional Mexican service and quality. This is a reminder of what it was like in the old days when Puerto Vallarta was just a sleepy fishing village.
