Dragon Rojo (Red Dragon)

• The Red Dragon isn't as upscale as Asian-Fusion Archie's Wok, but it's a fine place to go if you're craving some Chinese food. The menu items can be a little hit or miss, as is the service. Once when I ordered Cashew Chicken it came out as Almond Chicken. After it was sent back, the same dish appeared but with cashews sprinkled on top. Of course, in a town dominated by Mexican food, if you want Asian, you can't really afford to be too picky. It's not the best of the best, but it's not bad.
  
  There's limited outside seating on the narrow patio, good for people watching but a little dusty and loud. You can get take-out food from here and there's some local delivery options available. It's unlikely that you'll have to wait to be seated and the serving are generous.
