• You better get there early if you want a seat at Memo's Pancake House during the high season. This is one of the all-time favorite places of tourists and locals alike. The spacious restaurant is almost always packed to the rafters during breakfast hours.
  
  You can sit at the front of the restaurant if you want to people-watch from the windows or head back to the plant-filled patio. The menu contains breakfast favorites from American and Mexico but the specialty is an extensive list of pancake and waffle creations. Every topping and combination you can think of is available here, from fresh fruit pancakes like spiced pineapple or strawberry or try something chocolately or with caleta (caramel).
