Description:
- Whether or not you agree with killing animals for sport and entertainment, the long-standing tradition of bullfighting lives on in Mexico. You can watch the traditional bullfights or corridas de toros each Wednesday night at the bullring near the Marina, just next to the Galerias and Wal-Mart. La Paloma fills up quickly and parking can be a challenge. While the ritual and pagentry of the matador is beautiful to watch, the actual stabbing and then killing of the bull (an unchanging outcome) can be too much for some people. Get there early to get your preferred seat. Bullfighting season starts in November and lasts until April.
