- Las Carmelitas is definetely the highest visible and visitable point on the bay. All the local know it since at night you can see the lights on the sierra. Forget the address, they have none. Do however note the Name, (KAR-Meh- lee- taz) located on the southern edge of the map, Carmelitas offers beers and a Mexican course, I have not personally been this year so I can't vouch for the course, but the views are stupendous. DO GRAB A TAXI. they know the place and how to reach it. Not a bad experience I guarantee it!
