Mariscos Tinos located one block away from the Malecon,
the 2nd floor at the cuale river market,

I second Mariscos Tinos near the Malecon. Although it's located in the Romantic Zone on Francisco Madero, Mariscos Polos is another fantastic seafood restaurant.
