all beaches are public in Mexico, from high tide 40 mts inland, no one can keep you from doing what ever in that stretch of land

Los Muertos beach.- oldtown
Mismaloya beach.- south side of the bay
Boca de tomatlan.- south side of the bay
Playa Garza Blanca.- south side
Las gemelas and conchas chinas.- south side of Oldtown
Playa los Camarones.- Hotel zone south.
Boca de Tomates.-near the airport
