The Easter services times will be posted in the local English language papers (PV Mirror and Vallarta Tribune), both of which you can find online in PDF format on their websites. Typically, Sunday mass is in English at 10am and there's a bilingual one following it at 11am. I believe Sunday services begin at noon, but you should check the paper once you arrive to confirm.

As Robin says, the English-language mass is normally at 10 am on Sundays, so it is likely that this is the correct time for Easter services. To confirm this, you can call the church (or ask your hotel to do so if you don’t speak Spanish) at 322-222-1326. I agree with Robin's take on appropriate attire: Mexicans do tend to be dress more formally for church. Maybe this is a good reason to buy a nice pair of linen pants in PV as a souvenir! Enjoy your holiday.
