Koki Beach is a new "beach club" restaurant overlooking the water in the center of Puerto Viejo. More upscale than the rest of the center of town, Koki Beach stands out as the cool new kid on the block. An artfully arranged wide open space on two levels with colorful chairs and unuusal hanging lamps, Koki Beach clearly puts effort into their cool, creative decor. Despite the high hip factor, Koki Beach is a relaxed, casual spot to have cocktails and dinner and watch the sunset from one of their lounge chairs. The menu has a good selection of fresh fish dishes, salads, skewers, and plenty of other tropically influenced plates, appetizers, desserts- and of course, cocktails. Prices range from $10 to $30, credit cards are accepted.
