Vela Nera

• You can watch your ship come in from Vela Nera's terrace or from the windows of its cozy dining room perched steps away from the Sandy Bay harbor. Either way, you'll be treated to knowledgeable service and inspired cuisine. Vela Nera is a little more casual than Valsabbion, but no less satisfying. Try the risotto Vela Nero for an unusual taste sensation. It's made with peaches, scampi, and sparkling wine. All of the truffle-enhanced entrees are tasty (beefsteak with truffles is especially good). Lighter appetites can try a mixed salad with bacon and freshly baked bread.
