Maurice Duplessis ruled Quebec with an iron fist throughout the 1950s - and one can only imagine what he would think of Chez Maurice, a pulsating nightclub named, sarcastically, in his honor. Pub Saint Patrick is an Irish pub where pints of Guinness are the steadiest pour, of course, and where you'll also enjoy good bar food and the music of the Old Sod. St-Laurent Bar and Lounge is one of several options housed within the Fairmont le Chateau Frontenac. Bar L'Inox is the only brewpub in Quebec City. It's located in the Vieux Port, a short walk from museums and antique shops, and it serves some unique beers, like the maple syrup brew. If you're looking for a quiet drink in the evening or an all-night party, you'll find it in the busy nightlife scene of Quebec.
