- One of Quebec City's best Asian restaurants is located in an old house on the rue d'Auteuil. Le Restaurant Apsara serves traditional Cambodian, Thai and Vietnamese cuisine. Entering the quiet surroundings is almost like vacationing in East Asia: the dining rooms are filled with flowers, statuettes, masks, and other Asian art work, as well as the exquisite aromas of the cuisine. Although small, this is a great place for groups, the discovery menu is meant to be shared.

Wanted something different and fortunately walk past Apsara. I have an odd food alergy to green onions. Firt waiter was not 100% certain what I was talking about (I do not speak French)...
