Champ de bataille with small children : The first diaper changing room is about a 35 minute walk from the gate. All the aligning cafes and restaurants do not have diaper changing stations. Along with the size of this site, make sure to bring a toboggan along. There are no on-site toboggan rentals.

This is a moment where tourists and the people of Quebec come together and revel in everything that winter has to offer. During the two weeks' of festivities, you won't hear a single complaint about the snow or the cold, because people will be too busy enjoying the over 300 shows and activities in the heart of Old Quebec. Besides where else would you see the Bonhomme, the Carnaval's mascot, do his unusual Carnaval dance? A sight to behold!
