Description:
Sooner or later, everyone passes this outdoor alley near the Place d'Armes. Artists gather along here much of the year to exhibit and sell their work. Most of the prints on view are of Québec scenes, and can make attractive souvenirs. The artists seem to enjoy chatting with interested passersby.
