Heliworks seem to have all the major beautiful spots in the region covered. You can view the Remarkables or the Sounds from overhead or plop down next to a glacier without the long hike to the face. But, if you like tramping (Hiking) you can do that too. Why not get these guys to take to up to places the other trampers are missing out on? You can also go for spectacular views of Aoraki/ Mt. Cook and the glaciers or get lost of the Lord of the Rings Tour to see what all those places you know from the movies really look like in person. They are located at the airport but you can book online. You'll need to put in your preferred time and choose morning or afternoon and then just allow for weather and enjoy!
