• The best shoping centre in Rakvere. There you can get what ever you want. But on the other hand, there is no place available where you can buy musical instruments or that kind of stuff. But there are some elevators with what you can drive up and down. Its so much fun. This is defenitely a place where you have to go. If you havent been in Põhjakeskus, then you havent been in Rakvere.
