There are always hotel deals to be found in the Reno area. However, during special events the major casino hotels prices go up. So, to get a better deal, try a few of these less expensive hotels for your next trip to Reno.
If you don't mind being away from downtown, rent an apartment at Club Lakeridge in Southwest Reno. You can also stay for a short term at the Staybridge Suites in Southeast Reno. The Comfort Inn and Suites and the Best Western Airport Plaza are both close to the Reno-Tahoe International Airport and the Hilton Garden Inn in the Southeast is good for business travelers.
If you want to stay downtown, try the Downtown Reno Wonder Lodge or the Ramada Reno Hotel. Some of the casinos outside of the main area are a good deal including Boomtown and the Grand Sierra Resort. Other good deals can be found in Sparks including the Fairfield Inn by Marriot and the Holiday Inn.
