A fresh orchid on every table greets diners as they enter this award-winning haven of tranquillity. The menu changes every 2 weeks in order to take advantage of fresh seasonal produce, but typical entrees include elk medallions served with Maine lobster and winter vegetables, and Thai-barbecued salmon with Chinese long beans. A special five-course chef's menu (opt for the wine pairings) is the best way to sample it all and offers the most bang for your buck. Wine Spectator bestowed its Award of Excellence on the long and varied wine list.
