Description:
Downstairs from the International Center, where immigrants come for assistance, the Cultura serves up respectable quesadillas, falafel, tapas, and wraps in an atmosphere not straining particularly hard for multicultural ambience. Actors from the National Theater across the street stop in, plus the usual lone laptoppers using the free Wi-Fi. This is one of the few places you'll find international music at night; check for salsa nights or free tango lessons.
