• "Domina Shopping" is owned by the German company „KanAm Grund Kapitalanlagegesellschaft". The first stage of the shopping center was opened in September 2003. "Domina Shopping" is focused on fashion and lifestyle products, with an emphasis on clothing and footwear both from well known brands, as well as brands which have entered the Latvian market recently. Currently "Domina Shopping" is the largest shopping centre of this kind in Latvia. In 2004 it won the title "Best merchant in Latvia 2004". The premises of the shopping center were constructed partly integrating the former VEF factory building, which was rebuilt according to the latest architectural tendencies. Latvian and Italian architects and builders successfully cooperated to create a shopping centre with large open spaces, circular shaped galleries with many benches, white floors and bright lighting. The shopping centre was fully completed in October 2004. It currently hosts more than 155 fashion stores, public catering points and service providers. The shopping center also houses a 12-aisle bowling alley, fitness and beauty centers, as well as office space of more than 2000 square meters. The total floor space of the shopping centre is 110 000m2, with the shopping area taking up more than 42 000 m2. "Domina Shopping" has a multi-storey parking lot with place for over 2000 vehicles. Shopping centre „Domina Shopping" is the leading fashion centre in Riga, with a concept based on providing a wide variety of merchandise and services, including entertainment and leisure time opportunities. „Domina Shopping" offers not only convenient shopping, but also the chance to taste different cuisines and to relax in a multifunctional fitness and SPA center. And entertainment opportunities, such as a bowling hall, allow visitors to spend their free time as diversely as possible. The gorgeous internal architecture with wide, open areas, a glass roof and many benches insures positive emotions for the visitors and gives the impression of "city within a city".
