Generally mid september is nice weather. The temps will be around 60 F and a mix of sunny and rainy days.

you can check here, when it comes closer than 14 days.. accuweather.com. but, if you are lucky, you will see beautiful Indian summer.. about plus 20' degrees celsium, may be some rain, but should be nice. hope you enjoy Latvian/Indian summer.!!!=)

Thanks Tom, Via & Liga. Had originally planned on late July/early August travel to escape the hoorible record heat and drought here, but had to reschedule for September to coordinate schedule with family & friends. Look forward to more pleasant weather on the vacation!
