- More than just a hotel bar, the Horse's Neck Bar at Sofitel Rio has earned itself a reputation as a top-class watering hole in its own right. With great views over Copacabana beach, Horse's Neck offers a good programme of live music, delicious cocktails, and great food. The menu here is signed by celebrated French chef Roland Villard, who heads up the hotel's award-strewn restaurant Le Pré Catelan.
