Downtown, attracting business people, but tourists are also there. Fairly good breakfast. Pretty expensive especially if compared with Asia. Surprise surprise: NO WI-FI!!!

The hotel is in Centro. Very busy street. Somehow it does not do justice to four star status. Rooms are okay. Nothing special. Food is below par. No change in buffet. Same menu...
