Neighborhood Description
Copacabana
Home to probably the most famous beach in the world, Copacabana has a long history as a hotspot for tourists. With the highest concentration of hotels in the city, Copacabana is less expensive than neighboring Ipanema, although it is also somewhat less sophisticated. Nonetheless, this lively beach neighborhood boasts countless bars, restaurants and nightclubs, as well as Rio's landmark hotel, the beautiful Copacabana Palace. © NileGuide
