Description:
- The former supreme court in Rio de Janeiro re-opened in 2001 to be rechristened the Centro Cultural de Justicia Federal. The latest infrastructural needs were then added to the building however, in doing so its distinct architectural features and old world splendor were left untouched. The center houses a theater, library, exhibition room, cafeteria and over ten rooms which are also utilized for activities. The center regularly puts up theatrical, music, dance and other cultural performances.
