Bravo! Good try, but it makes no sense in Brazilian Portuguese.
My guess is: you are looking for a 4 bedroom apartment or house, located in a condominium not far from downtown, for a long lease.
Is there right?
Downtown Rio is not a very good place to live. The only "liveable" place is Santa Teresa, a district on top of a hill.
Try Flamengo, Laranjeiras or Botafogo. These neighbourhoods are close to downtown and sort of middle class type of areas. You will find good 4 bedrooms apartments there.
