Did you manage to track one down? I am English but my entire family is Scottish and I would love to be able to introduce my Brazilian boyfriend to the joys of the haggis! For British food there is the Lord Jim Pub in Leblon, and there are the Irish bars like Waxy's and Shenanigans for Guinness and Fish and Chips, but I have never found anywhere selling haggis, neeps and tatties.
