As the hippest district in Rome today, Testaccio attracts late-night revelers, many of whom turn up at Caruso. If you'd like to join Rome's beautiful people, head here, the later the better. Latin music, especially salsa, is played for the wildly gyrating dancers, stepping to the sounds of the Caribbean or Brazil. The average age of the patrons ranges from 25 to 40. Open Tuesday to Sunday 10pm to 4am.
