Description:
This stylish bar, restaurant, and wine bar takes its name from the crudos served here -- that is, such raw nibbles as delectable sushi or veal carpaccio. It evokes a large and contemporary New York cocktail lounge. You can order full meals here, with main courses costing from 8€ to 16€ ($13-$26). Specialties include raw beef from the Piedmont with Mediterranean herbs, or else a special selection of cold cuts. Salads are delectable, including one made with spinach, fresh salmon, peanuts, parmigiano, and balsamic vinegar. Open Monday to Saturday 7:30pm to 2am.
