    • For those who don't want to stay at the Hassler, but prefer the luxury of an intimate and deluxe boutique hotel, this all-suite inn is the answer.  Portrait Suites is the best of the boutique hotels.  In a six-story historic building, it is decorated in a very elegant contemporary style, including walls lined with photographs and drawings by Salvatore Ferragamo. It's true La Dolce Vita in the heart of Rome. All the accommodations are spacious with such features as large marble bathrooms. On top of the building is a terrace opening onto a panoramic sweep of Rome.  There are only 14 rooms.
