Dishes include Pan-Fried Vermicelli with Meat and Black Mushrooms, Fish Soup with Spicy Sauce, and beef with vegetables. A typical accompaniment is Kim Ci, a fermented salad. The customers are mostly Japanese, but there are also some Italians.
