Stylish and hip, this restaurant builds its reputation on its sashimi-style raw fish, plus a menu of sophisticated and upscale Italian cuisine. The setting is a trio of artfully minimalist dining rooms painted in bright primary colors; after lunch and dinner, this place becomes a buzzing late-night cafe. No one will mind if you order just a light. Dishes include platters of sashimi, priced at around 30€ ($36); salads of raw marinated hake with Italian herbs; and more substantial fare such as roast beef with green apples; sea bass with mango sauce; and richly textured chocolate tortes laced with Marsala wine.
