Amongst the traditional Chinese dishes worthy of note, we can mention the steamed dumplings, rice noodles with shrimp and bamboo, spicy chicken with hazelnuts, and squid with onion and ginger, all in big portions. Peking duck must be ordered in advance. There's also a room reserved for meetings and large groups.
