- Saza Rubra lies at kilometre 13 on Via Flaminia shortly after the ring road. Many very important events took place here; ones that shaped the future of Rome. The most famous battle was in 312 A.D. near the Milvian Bridge between Constantine and Maxentius. Christianity became the state religion of the Romans as a result.
