Little children are often scared, and the high noon cannon fire definitely will rattle them.

  • Description:

    • In the main piazza of the Gianicolo hill is the historic and century-old children's theatre where old-fashioned hand puppets of Pulcinella, Arlecchino and Colombina shout playfully.  To accommodate 21st century children, Barbie, Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck have joined the team of puppets.  Daily performances are almost hourly and are free.  Donation suggested.
