Are there any running/jogging areas(parks) in Rome? any other outdoor sports a visitor could do(cycling?)

in Rome there are so many beautiful pleaces for these things: one of the best is Villa Borgese Park, or Villa Panphili. Enjoy!

Many places to ride and jog: probably Villa Panphily is the best one, because it is the biggest public park in Rome.
In Villa Borghese you can rent bikes, but there are many other rental places.
Nice path for mountain bikes is the Ancient Appian Way (rental place at the information booth)

Right answer. I suggest also Villa Ada. You will find a lot of runners also during this period. I run in Villa Panphili where you can make also 10 km trips
