An extensive educational exhibit is on hand, including a sample vineyard and the fabled SmellaVision display. Its name may have come from the Wham-O brain trust, but SmellaVision is a very useful tool for learning how to distinguish between different varietals and regions in a wine's bouquet. Saint Supery's wine is highly regarded. It is, of course, available for tasting and purchase.
