San Lorenzo Park is also the perfect haven for weary travelers, with over 90 campsites available. San Lorenzo Park also has large group picnic areas and meeting facilities available for rent. When visiting the park, make sure to stop by the Tourist Information Center, located in the main Exhibit Barn for things to see and do in the area. It is also home to the Monterey County Agricultural and Rural Life Museum. Created by the County in conjunction with a nonprofit corporation, this working museum relates the story of Monterey County's agricultural heritage from mission times all the way to today's advance agricultural technology..
