• NileGuide Expert Says:

The Coffee Garden is one of Salt Lake's most busy and trendy coffeehouses.

  • NileGuide Expert tip:

The Coffee Garden can get quite busy; keep this in mind if you require a quiet space to work.

    Description:

    • The Coffee Garden is hands-down one of the most popular coffee shops in all of Salt Lake Valley. Located in the center of the North Sugarhouse district called 9th and 9th, it attracts students, business persons, artists, coffee snobs, and friends meeting for conversation. On the walls hang the works of local painters and photographers; through the speakers, classical music plays at high volume. The cafe itself serves a wide spectrum of coffee and other drinks, as well as pastries and baked goods - including quiche, croissants, cookies, and bagels. If you're here to work, you'll enjoy the use of wireless internet - provided you can find a place to sit down.

      Don't miss the chocolate-drizzled macaroons

    • They don't serve them all the time...but when they are available be sure and nab a few! Of course, wonderful people watching in a very smart, hip part of town...everything one...
