    • Salt Lake City's Pat's Barbecue serves up some of the best BBQ outside of Texas.  Everything is made form scratch at this phenomenal smoke house.  Choose from barbecued pork, brisket, pulled pork, ribs, and chicken along with some nice sides like coleslaw, red beans and rick, and mashed potatoes and gravy.  Pat's also features daily specials like smoked BBQ meatloaf of a BBQ meatball sandwich and the portions are huge.

      Customers sit on picnic tables complete with paper towels and plastic silverware with both outdoor and indoor dining available.  Pat's features live folk and blues music most nights of the week – so check their website for a list of upcoming performers.

      Best little BBQ in town

    • Great BBQ pork, beet & chicken. Friday burnt ends & pieces are the best if you can get in earlier enough at lunch time. My picky husband likes it the best in all of SLC.

      Very good meat, sauces were underwelming - it's not KC, but its worth a look

      Meh.

    • Not a huge fan. Go to Ruth's Diner on Thursday nights in the summer and eat BBQ there. If you really want good BBQ, Holy Smoke in Layton is well worth the extra 20 minutes in...
