Description:
- Certainly the best sushi restaurant in Salt Lake City, and often voted the best overall restaurant. A very modern and creative sushi establishment, this creates culinary art in its specialties where most sushi places create weirdness. In addition to the top-notch sushi, a number of other contemporary Japanese dishes appear on the menu. Be sure to save room for sake; there's quite a list of both hot and cold selections. Located in a bright, funky, yet elegant space downtown on Salt Lake restaurants' most prime real eastate, Market Street.
