Description:
The Wild Grape Bistro is located on the edge of the historic Avenues district in Salt Lake City. The recently opened Wild Grape prides itself on its use of sustainably produced, local, and organic ingredients. The chefs create their dishes using as many local products as possible from Morgan Valley lamb burgers to omelets made from free-range eggs and local, in season produce. The extensive wine list offers a selection of bottles from small wineries located throughout the west. The Wild Grape Bistro serves lunch, dinner, weekend brunch, and also features a special late night menu from 10pm to 12am Wednesday through Saturday.
