Not to be confused with a brewpub, Epic Brewery is a retail outlet for the high quality, full-strength, fresh brews in Salt Lake City. Utah has a long history of unusual and absurd liquor laws so brewing quality beer in Utah has always been a challenge. Epic found its way around the law and opened in May 2010 with an amazing selection of high-quality beer from stouts and porters to lagers and wheat.Stop by Epic in Salt Lake City to pick up a brew from the cold case or find Epic around town at establishments such as the Beerhive Pub or Fiddler's Elbow. Brewery tours are also available but sadly there is no sampling of beers due to Utah law. Call the brewery to schedule a tour in advance.
