Description:

• One of Salt Lake's most comprehensive and beloved yoga studios. The Shiva Centre (formerly known as Flow Yoga) is located on the eastern edge of Sugarhouse (near Blue Plate Diner).
  
  Check online for their schedule; each day features a long list of various classes. Also offered at the studio is Kalari. Child-specific yoga available, too.
  
  Payment can be done on a class-to-class basis, with a punch card, or by way of a monthly membership. Special offers for first-timers.
