If the heat is starting to make you sweat, there are plenty of natural and man-made wonders to cool you down in San Antonio as well. Underground you'll find the largest cavern in Texas; Natural Bridge Caverns is a National Natural Landmark and features spectacular limestone underground rock formations. If you're looking for some retro-cool things to do, and outside of town, check out HemisFair Park, where you can cool yourself in cascading fountains.
